Writers:
 MHN needs fresh ideas and voices at all times! Our sections include News, Features, Arts & Entertainment, Sports, OP/ED, Perspectives, Books and Health & Science. MHN hosts staff writers and contributing writers.

Staff writers write on a regular basis for MHN and are considered full members of the MHN team. To apply to be a staff writer, please email the application linked below, including a writing sample, to . MHN is always willing to take on new writers at any point during the semester. No previous journalism experience is required.

Copy Editors
 Love grammar? MHN needs copy editors to help ensure the quality of the paper. Needed qualities include high proficiency in American English punctuation, spelling and grammar and attention to detail.  Hours are flexible, usually 1-2 hours for 1-2 afternoons/evenings Sunday-Wednesday.  Experience with Associated Press style is great but we can teach you.  Staff Photographers cover at least three events per month, and are a part of weekly pitching meetings.
